Remote Access to Library Online Resources

All of the Library’s databases, e-journals, and other electronic information services may be searched freely by anyone from within the Library. Most of these online resources may also be searched from any computer on the campus network.

However, remote access (i.e. access from off-campus) to the majority of these resources is restricted. Before you can access many of these databases, you must first establish your online identity as a member of the SU community. To establish your online identity you must be registered in the library's sytem by stopping at the Circulation Desk located on the first floor of the library. You must be a current student, staff member, or member of faculty with a valid Southern University Student Identification Card.

For remote access enter:
User ID: BANNER ID (STUDENT NUMBER)
Password: CHANGEME (all caps and no spaces)
Change Baton Rouge Community College to SUBR then click on Authenticate
